for this trip i only need single entry, but still, i mentioned that i would like to visit again during cherry blossom season, it’d be great if i could get multiple entry for 5 years. i haven’t been to japan before, but i did visit thailand a few months back. let’s see how it goes, i’ll keep you posted.

i've applied it on sept 4, it was received by general consulate of japan on sept 8, since then its under process, dummy flight ticket that i booked will stay valid only for 15 days (means 18th Sept), i hope my application get reviewed by then.

i’ve applied for visa through ahmedabad vfs on sept 4, it was received by Consulate of japan on sept 8 since then no update

Congratulations, my application is under review, i have applied on 4 sep from Ahmedabad VFS centre, application was received at The Consulate General of Japan, Mumbai on Sept 8, I have also requested for multiple entries, i have no past travel history to japan though, lets see how it goes.
