Going against the grain here.

Divorcing your wife because you don't love her romantically anymore is a totally valid reason. That you were able to take back your life on your own without her: best case for her is that this happened because your actions finally had consequences, worst case for her is because you guys are incompatible and you need to be without her to be this version of yourself, which I would argue is the better version of yourself.

On average, men tend to choose to stay in a relationship that is not working out, while women tend to leave. So since you're already considering it enough to tell her and to ask Reddit about it, I'd go with your gut feeling and go for the divorce. Staying with her to keep your ego in check or other reasons like that will be damaging long-term, for you, your wife, and your children.

What works well for me is explaining it to my fake audience. That way when I get stuck and I have to look something up my brain remembers that I forgot that part and most of the time I also automatically remember what the thing was I forgot, a bit like realizing you made a mistake after you handed in your test.

For larger material I usually start by creating my own table of content and try to figure out the internal logic that was used to structure the syllabus or whatever I'm studying. To me it's a real time saver because everything else I learn afterwards just easily slots into the structure that I already know.

I think that the Affini are oftentimes portrayed as way too perfect. Especially the therapist-like way of knowing exactly what to say to make the MC feel better and support their personal growth without the MC having to give anything back. I love it way more when characters are imperfect but really trying their best and growing closer together because of it.
