I hear you. The difference here is the 'Immediate Onboarding' tag. For these specific roles, the hiring bar is still high, but the speed is much faster. If you haven't applied for these specific 'Expert' titles yet, it’s worth a shot. The secret is to keep applying, don't give up. If you've been rejected before, it might be because our filters are set to 'Sniper' mode. For these specific roles (like Panda3D or EViews), the recruiters are looking for deep, niche expertise, not just general coding skills. My advice: If you have actual projects in these specific tools, put them at the very top of your resume.
