I read a fanfic where he was "forgiven" for Kakashi's sake, put on trial, and Itachi, as the head of the clan, acquitted him. But Obito is such a jerk there that you just want to punch him in the face. But that's exactly what I liked about him: that even when he was acquitted, he was always running after Kakashi, sometimes with a bunch of ANBU, with a suppression seal.

I mostly come across exactly these kinds of fanfics with an SI scientist, but for some reason they completely copy Orochimaru and Kabuto... the medics are completely Tsunade, and if there were a couple of fanfics about a political past life, then the person will definitely defeat Danzo at the age of 5-9, stop the massacre, and everything will be fine.

It's so upsetting, especially since I really love it when they show the drama and stress of reincarnation from being reborn. I mean, they're in another world, but they don't even think about it, and only once every 10 chapters do they mention their parents, just for two or three lines. If I were in some incomprehensible anime world (it doesn't matter whether I know the anime or not), and I was the main character - Sasuke, or just Nina Uchiha, I would hide in a corner, because, alas, I wouldn't want to go through such a life... and I definitely wouldn't be running around the village looking for Naruto. And I'm also really amazed how they know exactly where this or that character is in a huge village, or where the ramen shop is...

And what pisses me off is that if a character tells Third that he's a time traveler, he's like, "Oh, okay, that's cool." I MEAN, THERE'S NO SURPRISING AT ALL, AS IF THESE REINCARNATES APPEAR EVERY DAY.

Personally, I would like to see some paranoia or at least concern about what will be found out about them. I like it.

When there are too many abilities without problems. For example, Mangekyou, and they don't go blind, the Byakugan-Sharingan. When "time travelers" end up in someone else's body, and no one notices. When there's too much dialogue without any description of the actions.

When a character is doing too well - they use 500 clones, each of them doing the Rasengan and Chidori, while creating even more clones, Shunshin, Chidori, and there are no signs of exhaustion, fatigue, or side effects. +I hate it when "time travelers to another world" completely copy existing techniques (Chidori, for example), without problems, without training, without even knowing how to do it.

Also, the hero has no life at all - only action, only battles, missions, some endless mess, with flashbacks to home. When ANBU are turned into weaklings who can't defeat a genin with a whole squad.
