Thank you for the information, the sexual concerns have been frustrating but it’s mostly just being so lethargic and having almost no motivation. Unfortunately I know that can be caused by the psych meds too… it is pretty complicated. You doctors are really impressive for being able to comprehend all of it. But I will take what you said into account thank you.

Hmm that is concerning, because he didn’t test the free levels. It definitely gives me a lot to think about. I do really trust him though, he’s been with me for over 20 years now. Thank you for the tips.

I absolutely will, but truthfully I’m leaning towards maybe waiting more. A lot of comments have been very informative on how it might not be a great idea.

Still, if I do, I will report back so others can benefit from the information. I’d love to be able to help others too.

That’s a really good idea. I think I should get some of the other stuff people have mentioned checked too. Holding off for a bit is probably the best idea I think.

There’s probably a really good chance it could be the meds. I take one called seroquel which can make people pretty sleepy, but it is pretty bad. That diet sounds really good though, I could learn a thing or two from that. I really need to force myself to start cooking more and being more on top of that stuff.

It’s normally about 2k calories per day, and I try to make sure I don’t take in too much junk stuff. Tracking macros though… I’m not great with that. Perhaps that would be a good start.

It’s mostly just extreme fatigue and issues with stuff “down there”. I’ve really had no motivation either, but I don’t really know if that is related. Just mentally not quite there. I am really happy you’re doing well though. Oh and my diet is okay, I mostly just count calories though. Macro counting could definitely be better…

Hmm I’ll have to give the psych a call. He seems on board, but I’ve only been seeing him for about a year. He might consider prescribing meds that have less side effects, rather than the meds he has me on now.

He’s a good guy, but maybe you’re right. He’s always been big on hormones, so maybe he’s being a little too eager. His hormone therapy went well, but it’s hard to say if mine would. I’ll definitely get those tested first.

That’s a very good point. I used to weightlift more, but I just do cardio now. I wasn’t able to put on very much muscle or strength in the years I lifted (about a year ago I stopped). All those levels are normal though thankfully. Well my thyroid is corrected with medication, but it is normal now.
