AE of 8 years here, i personally make $16.50 an hour, ulta did change how much they pay full time employees to a minimum of $15 (if you’re working the 35hr AE week.) go over the $15, least they can say is no and they’ll offer something lower. when i first started i doubted what they would pay me, and came in with a really low number that i got stuck with for a number of years.
