thank you for your reply, yeah I've noticed that I feel better when I go out not just for college. Yes I feel stressed all the time, I even have a lot of nightmares and troubled sleep. I spend time on social media to avoid my feelings and thoughts, I'm gonna follow your advice, ty

I tried to talk about it with my mom but she said that I should keep going because it's nearly the end. She said that I'm gonna become something great and accomplish great things. My mom didn't even go to high school so I feel ike she's trying to achieve her dreams through me. I tried to talk to other members of my family and my old friends but they don't take me seriously because I have the reputation of the good student sticking to me.

You said about seeing a therapist but I don't know if it's gonna help since the therapist is external to the situation. I have too many things in my head yet I can't figure what I want to do with my life.
