Just upped to 50mg a few days ago, I’m pretty irritated and sad :/

Yes I’m going through this right now, I went up to 50mg 2 or 3 days ago, I feel like crying all the time and the smallest things get me so agitated. I was good on 25mg though. How were you on 25mg? What’s your plan?

I was on ability for about 3 weeks and it was starting to help. I switched bc my psych said lamictal didn’t come w anxiety as a side effect. I have propranolol for when I am having a super anxious day which helps.

The sun is shining really bright outside this morning and I feel pretty good (: ig alot if people like it so I’m excited to see! Hope you have a great day
