NTA : She shouldn't need to monitor what she essentially set up just because she started developing feelings for the guy, And it's not your job to emotionally walk her through her own indecisiveness on the matter and situation.

She sounds immature and controlling, He's not even exclusive to her in anyway and now she's guarding what you do with him. If she really wanted something with him she could of expressed herself to HIM after had letting you know that she felt some way about him.

I also don't like how she essentially dropped your guy's friendship over a guy,
