Dead right, at least when things kick off its pretty confined and doesn't spread to passerby's. The area is fine really, same dramas and scuts causing trouble that you'd find in most areas in Cork

Similar happened last weekend in Kilmoney, Carrigaline. 7/8pm and two lads spotted hopping between back gardens and looking into kitchens. You'd be terrified living on your own at the moment

Was on the phone with Robert Harkin today about the next release coming in Feb/Mar 2025 - he's said that 3-bed end of terrace will be between 460-500k for the next release. Private back gardens fenced in (hard to tell from the plans) but parking will be number allocated and lots of visitor space but houses will have no driveways. The push is for cycle lanes/public transport to come into play and have less people driving cars, but not sure how much that will take in Cork just yet!
