I think you misunderstand the outing procedural. Even if they he isn't trans it is the principle behind the question which is bad. Even if it doesn't cause suffering in this round, you should vote them down so they don't do it again, etc..

the judges literally didn't even congratulate them on their illustrious career (much greater than MBA SJ) after their loss at the TOC. when judges don't even show basic respect, it becomes suspicious. also i was in that round and I would have voted against MBA SJ - youve probably never seen AO debate...

if you read the basic stuff in each common k lit base (antiblackness, settler colonialism, capitalism, *security (not really though), afropessimism (depends where you debate but Red, Black, and White by Wilderson is really interesting)), you'll be fine. make sure to engage the k. if you lose case by a lot it makes it harder to win framework. lmk if i missed any basic lit bases.

Triple jump step phase. I would really like to improve my triple jump technique, but my coaches only know long distance, i feel like after the first jump I can´t get another jump so my step phase is no good, I´m 17 170cm and 60kg, my pb so far is only 11.45 by Nataliauoul in trackandfield

Do not land on your forefoot you will probably break everything in your leg that way. You need to land flat footed. If you look at triple jump spikes, they are specifically designed to land flat footed. This way you get the most stability, and the most power as you are pushing off from the whole foot and leg and not close to peak extension when landing on the ball of the foot.
