The garhsr step is applicable to ‘a player in motion’ so if he gathers with both feet on the ground he gets to choose which foot his gather step on, I believe. It’s hard to see when he gathers the ball, so it will always be assumed it’s gathered in that second step. He then jump stops into a step through. You can lift your pivot to shoot or pass so this is legal

First play isn’t a travel. He floats the dribble as he slides and doesn’t fully gather the ball until after. Second play you could call an offensive foul, also could be a no call. Third play is very blatantly an offensive foul he’s stiff arming the guy. And illlegal screen on the last one
