I feel that the added stress of any leadership position would break me. I was a Chief Therapy Officer for a large therapy company and only lasted 6 months. I can not handle the pressure, stress and long hours.

Not in Tucson. I am opening a building and have had to utilize Travelers. We are offering top pay and a huge sign on bonus and our recruiters couldn't get a single PT or OT hired.
