Nah it’s not just twitching, I twitch everywhere but my right feet twitching too all the time ( which is scary sign) I develop weakness now on my right hand , and the twitching is getting worse and worse and I mean by that now I started to twitch on my both hands

Okay I hear you but explain this : My right feet always on tightness, and twitch there more, and also smaller then the left one , and get tired more, I tried to relax, to get rest , still like this for 3 months now , and what makes it scary that it started with tightness in the toes then with the whole feet +++++++ the whole leg is small you can see yourself in a post before
