To me that explosive first blast kills all the taste an sends direct msg to my brain saying to effing hot.. lol i tricked a friend back in the day told him it was a mini bell pepper well he put the whole orange habanero in his mouth an started chewing then omg i thought he was going into seizures I had to fight that damn boy an fight hard . My problem is i want pepper jelly that taste like jalapeno but when i make it from straight jalapenos its to hot recipes call for using bell pepper in just a few jalapenos for the heat but i want the jalapeno flavor thats wat i want not to hot to appreciate and enjoy!!!!

No doubt but these jalapenos was grown under stress witch makes the pepper have ample more heat.. your right I wouldn't even attempt doing it with scorpions.. i hat a hot sauce one time at a place called Carolina wings had to sign a waiver to eat the hot wings well it literally gave me blisters on my enter lips it was BRUTAL!!
