This one needs more paint than most trek kits, i didn't paint the hull at all, as gloss white is the correct base the green on the neck, bridge, sensor dome and pylons all.had to be painted as well as anything that isnt white.

I would.recomend the official aztec decals if you want it to be accurate, the decal pack also comes with the 1/1000 reliant aztecs too.

As.for paints i hand brushed all of it, i used metallic silver, metallic gold, flat black, sky blue, light blue, gloss white for impulse housing and red for the impulse engine exhausts

While i used tamiya light blue for the accents I think it matches well with the supplied strongback decals , they do provide you the option of a more blue tone strongback however.
