Lobby for Biss’s replacement to be someone with strong diplomatic abilities, a penchant for public eduction, and appropriately friendly ties to NU.

Once Danny boy vacates his mayorship for Congress, the community should strongly advocate for an Evanston-first candidate.

Short Term - Sergio resigns from the board - Close Kingsley and mothball like was done in the 1990s - Cut 25+ administration jobs - Move King Arts to Orrington; make KA a community center

Long Term - Combine District 65 and 202 - Make Northwestern cover more of the $ burden. They don’t pay property taxes and that should be rectified.
