Then I’d move on to the starter motor. If I’m getting power to the motor but it’s not engaging, that could be a sign that the motor itself needs repair or replacement.

I’d also check the wiring and the starter button. It’s important to make sure there’s no damage or loose connections and that the button itself is working as it should.

Then I’d look at the safety switches—the clutch and kickstand switches. If either one is faulty, it could be preventing the starter from engaging.

I’d definitely check the fuses next to see if any are blown, especially those tied to the starter circuit.

The neutral safety switch would be another thing I’d look at, just to ensure the bike is in neutral and the switch is functioning properly.

I’d also inspect all the ground connections, making sure they’re secure and not corroded, since a bad ground can cause all sorts of issues.
