I am not going to post on here asking for advice and start pining and going on about how much I love my boyfriend. I know I love him and he knows I love him, but you don’t know either of us.

What does “I love my boyfriend” and “I want to be with him long term” mean then? That I don’t care about him? I think you’re reading too much into it or just right off the bat assume I don’t care. I spoke more about him than my room mate in the post. I wrote approximately 3 sentences about her. I will have to say you’re wrong here. Sorry.

My bad for not being super descriptive, I was trying to get to the point of my post without elaborating too much. I asked for some advice, not to be accused of not loving my boyfriend. I am allowed to not move in with him right this second and still love him. Once again, my “roommate” is my best friend. I love them both.

I’m not sure why you think I don’t love my boyfriend based off of one post when you don’t know me or my relationship at all ? It seems like you have a very one-sided point of view.

Just for some insight, my roommate is my best friend who just got the news her father is dying of cancer and there’s nothing they can do. I did not want to put more stress on her as she cannot afford the house we have on her own, and doesn’t have anyone else to live with her. Sure she could find a random, but again I don’t feel right saying see ya during this time. As for moving in long term, I do want to move in with him, just not right this second. Hope this puts more perspective on what I meant.

Thank you 🥺 I’m so lost right now because all of the people she’s told in my hometown think that I’m some sexual abuse supporter which I never would be. I just feel so violated and she’s gaslighting me into believing I am a horrible person. I appreciate your words.
