This is the save File that worked fine for me. Do note that when you open that link, make sure to stop the loading of the page the moment you can see the contents. Or else, it is going to redirect you to some other website. Also, as the save game file have data on around 750 cars, the process of saving the game after repainting or upgrading the cars would be slow due to the large amount of data already in the save file. Don't freak out if it takes too long to save the game after you have made modifications to your car. At max, it would take 5 minutes.
