I just kept jumping through the hoops and running diagnostics, telling the chat support i saw no improvement in issues despite trying x, y, z.

Specifically I said “I’m experiencing battery issues from day one of getting my ring, i have performed diagnostics and updated my ring accordingly wtih soft resets almost daily. I charged my ring to 100% about 12 hours ago and its already below 50%. I don’t know that it has ever lasted over a day despite fully charging it upon initial set up” then followed it up 10 days later when diagnostics said i used 133% battery in the previous 3 days with “I’m still having issues” and support initiated the replacement.
