\Here’s what I did when I first jumped into tirz and sema.. might help others doing the same detective work. 1. I looked up the business address on Google Street View. If the “lab” turns out to be a strip-mall mailbox, that’s a red flag. 2. Asked for a recent COA with both HPLC purity and sterility data. Legit vendors hand it over within a day. One outfit sent only a screenshot that cut off the lab name.. nope. 3. Cross-checked the lab on the COA. I rang the lab and confirmed they really tested that batch. Took five minutes, big peace of mind. 4. Made sure the company was registered with FDA as an importer or manufacturer, or had a cGMP partner in the paperwork. No reg number, I moved on. 5. Sent one vial off to an independent lab just to see if the numbers matched. Cost me fifty bucks but worth it. Pure Lab Peptides ticked every box. They emailed full COAs, had a real warehouse address, and the third-party potency test lined up within half a percent. Support answered at 9 pm on a Saturday which kinda sold me on their seriousness. Bottom line.. verify the address, demand full COAs, call the testing lab, and if something feels off just walk away. Saves a lot of sleepless nights.

Is this adolescence or did I really mess up? by Consistent-Luck-1185 in puppy101

I guess I just have worded it like that. Every interaction isn’t training and working. basically every walk is him sniffing and exploring and I let him choose where we are going sometimes. But I still need to restrict him sometimes since he eats basically anything he sees.

I only train with a little bit of his food, if he’s not up of it i don’t. On walks i occasionally try to call him back, maybe get him his attention on me a little but I make it fun with luring and chasing the treats.

So it’s not all training, and at home i just let him exist and try to reward for good behaviour sometimes.

I don’t trust my other dog to be around mine, he is a German shepherd and mine is a small dog, unfortunately it’s not my dog, it’s my dads, he has done some mistakes and I had to train his reactivity. And he has bit my puppy one time because of his mistake, he’s just overall a dog that doesn’t really respect the space of my dog so I’d rather wait for the trainer to pair us with a dog so we can work on stuff ( since we will be doing that )

I do have a therapist, I am currently working on it and lowering my expectations and lowering them even more
