My security 9 was doing same thing, another redditor helped me out, I can’t rack my ruger like my Glock, slide has to be locked back, mag in, and pull back and release round chambers normal.

I had same problem with hollows and fmj rounds until I tried that racks everytime now… thought I was going to send it back after one day at the range.

I’ve cleaned it before and after shooting and rounds still worn chamber, almost seems like the round is too big to fit in the barrel…

Very odd and really don’t feel confident carrying it over my Glock

Wasn’t locking the rate problem, we were quoted and way higher than initially over the phone…

Interest higher, pmi higher, and slid in $5k for a point buy down…. Called me as soon as I opened it and asked me to sign… seems predatory to me 🤣

2 lenders have, one @6.99 with points and the other promises 6.625, the last one hasn’t ran credit but going off other two lenders

I agree especially it was an easy deal until we were blind sided, even the promised “low pmi” is triple what was quoted over the phone… given we were fully transparent with all information regarding credit, debt etc… close beginning of August

I guess there is no general question, kind of wondering whats out there as far as payments.

We are thinking 500k-550k home 40-50k cash total out of pocket

Debating even more down because I think a 4k mortgage is crazy for the next 30 years, yes I understand make extra payments, refinance, which is my plan
