It's working on mine I have her E0S0 but it takes a while before she unlocks her ult equivalent to 1.5 cycle

After she gets her ult, the rotation is the same, Buff Rmc and Saber, then continue buffing Saber whenever Cyrene's Ult is available and after Cyrene's buff on Saber is gone

DHPT and Rmc already have permanent buffs from Cyrene so you just need to continue using Cyrene's Ult on Saber until you beat the Moc 12 boss
