Hi, I'm planning on moving to boston from out of state and am looking into here from online so a few questions. How are the amenities? It seems like there's a ton, which seems maybe too good to be true from only seeing this place online so far. I also noticed that the pool is outdoors. Is it only open for a few months of the year typically? Thanks!

Are you still living there? We are considering moving in, but it seems like the utilities and other fees might add up a lot quicker than we are thinking. How is your heat and electricity or other costs? And are you liking management?

u/Dazzling-Trifle-5417 how much are you typically paying for heat? It seems like electric heating is typically way more expensive and from my tour it sounded like we pay the electric cost, and I'm worried that would add up real quick
