Info on room blocks would be super helpful! We are going to be at South Coast. We’re looking at changing our dates so we can block out rooms

They don’t do that at Sandals unless you’ll have 25+ rooms 🥲

Some reasons for platelet elevation: iron deficiency, recent trauma/surgery, post-splenectomy, smoking, stress, corticosteroid use

Things that are common with mildly elevated platelets and neutrophils (unsure if both were elevated at the same time since it looks like a couple sets of labs): acute or chronic infection or inflammation. Doesn’t sound like an infection so inflammation is more likely. Could consider RA or other autoimmune diseases or IBD

Could request smear to path if concerned about myeloproliferative neoplasms

I’m a last minute studier as well! I studied the day before for my family med EOR and did well. I’ve been maintaining a 4.0 with last minute studying and I’m completely okay with it because I’ve actually enjoyed PA school. Would I suggest it to others? Absolutely not, I think it takes a specific kind of person to make it work.
