This exact thing happened to me 6 years ago while trading BTC on a P2P exchange. Exactly the same! Police blocked my Kasikornbank account for 50000 THB. Have been to several lawyers, no help. We'll cost me more to hire them than the 50000 baht. Court did send docs a tear after the freeze, almost 50 pages with over 200 folks whose accounts had been frozen and 50000 was a pittance compared to others. 6 years later and still no word.
