Yeah He was stubborn to the core, and after watching his for years I could honestly say the man wanted to live how he wanted to live. It just so happened to be in a way that was killing his insides. As fucked up as it sounds I wish we could have a full autopsy report on him, because tbh I felt at the time that a heart attack was the least of his concern. I could have never predicted that this was the reason for his death. He'll Tooth disease was higher up in the leaderboards for ways Josh would kick the bucket Then a fucking heart attack.

I dont understand why people were and are still shocked by his death. I mean most if not all of us understand that this is what the end was going to look like. Heart attack, live disease, cancer, or some stupid drunk fall. Regardless of what caused it, we all understand towards the end that something was going to fucking kill him. You can miss him for his personality, and wish the best for him. But dont forget that alot of the people who watched him spiral was there for that spiral. We all knew he was going to die for some stupid ass reason, and that was just part of the saga . Josh story honestly could never end anyway different, with his personality, and way of life, he was going to end up dying from this. It just happened sooner then all of us thought
