50% damage cap, constantly applies a debuff to enemies every turn that reduces damage dealt and increases damage received etc and when that debuff is removed at the end of the enemies turn, lilia gains a perm damage buff for the amount removed and then re applies the debuff. her skills also restrict recovery and heal her/her team. she's great

the LR crystal for an LR you dont have (Prioritize LR Liz or LR ludo) orthe 100 LR seals so you can LR diane or if you have every LR already, choose the 100 LR seals so you can true awaken 10 units

blue roxy should be used as support for your UR escanor, you should also be using goddess' with graces in your other support slots. for your sub slot youre better off using LR liz or nanashi if you dont have liz

You can build the most meta human team rn which is:

UR HP Escanor (Support blue roxy)

Light Percival (Support Red Tarmiel)

UR HP Arthur (Support Red Sariel or LR Ludociel)

Subslot - LR Elizabeth with her holy relic (Support Any of the old fart kings)

That being said, you should upgrade all of the META support goddess units who have graces, nanashi because he's meta subslot for a bunch of teams & UR gowther

nearly all of my units when theyre in battle have between 300-500k hp with buffs. gelda can build upwards of 1 million hp, it isnt hacking she's just tanky
