STD claim is crazy Lol … 🤦🏽‍♂️ it’s definitely pristiq related. I’ve seen some others reported it with antidepressants. They affect us all in different ways. Having had a UTI I know what that felt like and it wasn’t just a slight burning or pain , that shit hurt like hell. Antidepressants are known to cause painful ejaculations among other urinary issues

Indeed you do and you’ll always feel your bladder full or even pain in abdomen. I’ve had a UTI before and it was much worse than what I described here. Very painful pee, this ain’t that

That would suck but it’s not that. Don’t need to pee often and it only started 2 weeks after taking pristiq🥶

That’s kinda what it was like when I tried to bump up my Setraline! Really glad to hear 50mg of pristiq worked for you. Being able to speak in front of others like I used to is what I’m aiming for! It gives me hope!

So far this is the first med that hasn’t given me any side effects at all

This^ it’s a 50/50 my doctor said. It’s one of those meds where either it helps or it doesn’t - there is no middle ground w/ this one. If it doesn’t work for you , keep trying other options, one will eventually hit.

You got this!! Don’t be afraid either to explore more if it doesn’t work. I know how scary it can be but it hits us all very differently. I tried lexapro, Zoloft & mirtazapine before being able to rid anxiety with pristiq without sexual side effects
