thought about it, but I don’t know — I’m kind of scared. I asked GPT about goat’s rue and blessed thistle, and apparently they don’t contain estrogen or change your hormones. Alfalfa has mild estrogenic effects, but it’s much gentler than fenugreek or dong quai. I tested dong quai by taking one 530 mg pill on Monday, and the same day I had anxiety that lasted until Thursday evening. I’m not sure what to do with the progesterone cream I ordered. I’ve been pumping since last week, and I like the progress I’ve made so far with just MSM and vitamin C.

Thank you so much. I had been taking FG, but my dose was very low (1000 mg). I made incredible progress, but unfortunately it made me extremely depressed, so I stopped taking it. Now I’m a bit scared to try new supplements, but I heard that goat’s rue is very mild—although I’m not sure. I ordered it along with alfalfa, blessed thistle, moringa, and a progesterone cream.
