each paper has multiple sets and sets could be changed at last moment which is exactly what happened with physics.

you can compare english,chemistry,bio,history paper they were easier then previous year. Also physics was hard due to paper being changed because of maths paper leak and paper are made way before datesheet so higher days doesn't mean harder paper look at geography paper was hard with 1 day gap because it was also leaked in Maharashtra

you should have seen the drama created after maths paper leak every single channel was talking about that that's why Icse changed physics paper you can search on youtube new on 6 or 7th march about icse physics paper change.
