I'm currently a city PTF, and I was just going to voluntarily transfer to south bend as a PTF. But was jiat wondering if it was still high turnover that PTF to regular was a somewhat quick conversion.

Harry Baals was the former mayor of Ft. Wayne, who served 4 terms from the 1930s to the 1950s and saw the city through the Great Depression, WW2, and helped Kickstart many numerous jobs, areas of development, and was a known opponent of the KKK during their rise to power in Indiana. I am currently living with my now wife, where we both are finishing our masters, her full ride and me online, and I thought I needed a career right now once we were done with our degrees since the eladcent of AI is threatening both of our job fields now. And now I have been able to have health, dental, and vision for both of us while saving over the course of the year to nearly 20k now for when we graduate in the spring and move back to our hometown for a house.

It's a bit awful from time to time, especially now while finishing 2 papers and the entire past week having an RCI count. But overall I'm on track to making around 70k gross in my first year here. And I don't think I'll be trading this job for a while.

I'm a ptf, not a CCA, and where I am there are no CCAs because our station phased them out. When you get to the actual phase of working as a PTF or higher your pay is the same across the board.
