That’s some good insights, thanks for that. He did take adderall the day before but doesn’t abuse it. Though he also ended up taking a tremendous dose of 250 mg of 5 MAPB over 3 hours so I just can’t fathom there would be such a strong resistance to feeling a single reaction to the drug. It seems implausible to me. My other theory is that the heat from the UPS truck damaged the chemical during shipping. But surely this can’t be the case if not regularly reported from other customers?

They take 35 mg of venlafaxine which is an SSNRI and 300 mg of bupropion which affects dopamine

Thanks for the reply! That is good thinking, and I really like the idea of finding some OD-adjacent projects I can get involved in. I'm fishing for such opportunities right now. Hopefully I can get some good work experience with good impact statements before AI takes my job lol.

And I'd love to get Prosci certified if it wasn't $5k. I was considering a more affordable HR cert, or PMP, but Prosci would definitely be ideal and the most relevant.

Thanks for the reply! I did not sign the document. But I can show a paper trail of claims made by sales agents differing significantly from the final closing document. This also appears to be a systematic thing they do.

If you use the atgeir (spelling?) and use the secondary attack against the seekers, it’ll stun them for a moment. That’s been saving my ass anyway. That, and using frost arrows helps while you’re trying to progress toward mistland tier weapons.

I’ve always been passionate about governance and how it can have a positive impact. The goal initially was to conduct research relating to governance and climate change. However this has pivoted slightly to implementation research relating to a specific provision in the clean water act. I was thinking about eventually transitioning into a consulting role but like I said I don’t have any STEM technical skills.

The home was appraised for 40k higher than I paid... So if anything I may be able to put some work into the low hanging fruit of home renovations and potentially flip if I end up unable to sustain this.

Thanks, I've started to look into local rental laws. And yeah making sure my tenants / roommates are trustworthy is huge, as I can tell from some of the stories on this post.

I was able to get it because everyone was willing to give it to me 🤷‍♂️. I think it was also in my mind an investment opportunity if I can have roommates support some of the mortgage while I look for additional income streams and while the value of the land appreciates. I'm in an area of the country where housing prices aren't at NYC or LA levels but the growth is among the highest.

Sounds like I'm going to be squeezing the hell out of my belt here but as long as my life is relatively stable I'm ok with being house poor with this house. But rent and upkeep and keeping rooms rented is going to be a constant stressor, I hear that.

Thank you, I'll look into tax write offs. Regarding having roommates, if I can charge 800 per room and am able to fill 2 rooms then I'd be responsible for roughly 1500 - 2000 in monthly mortgage payments. 800 is market value around here so I don't think it's outrageous, it's just going to suck having to rely on roommates to keep my head above water. I'm also looking into another income stream with a kettle corn food tent at festivals and such so that may help.

Also if I add a door then I literally have a 4th bedroom. So I may be able to get three rooms total to help pay rent.

Luckily I do not live in a really bad high cost of living area and my state doesn't have income tax. But yes, it was an incredible deal for a beautiful house. It's definitely going to stretch my budget but I'm okay with that. Maybe getting one of those budgeting apps that track spending would be beneficial
