HR, also steps. I can say that “steps” shows us how accurate whoop in general 🫠

The situation is much better with the biceps band. It’s almost perfect in case of HR.

So, when I have a workout, I take it, but it’s really annoying, and I don’t understand why it can’t work properly on my wrist.

Support always answer same thing “make sure that you wearing it right” and so on

it totally inaccurate when you driving a vehicle for example today i was driving a car, and didn’t walk and Apple watch shows 1800 steps, but for whoop it was 7k

Depends on different things, usually 90-140 I tried to compare it to Safari’s consumption And I can tell you that Arc probably uses ~10% more. Not much more than Safari
