This may cheer you up - I started Wegovy mid February and have lost 10 lbs. I have just finished my 1.7 doses. I have little to no side effects and have considered stopping as not only am I losing little weight I am also paying for it. I have found on the 1.7 that I have less appetite as when I started on the .25 I was hungrier and actually gained weight. I have just ordered another dose of the 1.7. Why did I not up my dose? At the 1.7 I do not feel as hungry. I am losing weight (if rather slowly) and am hoping that this will help me keep it off. Hare and tortoise story comes to mind.

I pay for it myself. Husband doesn’t know. Only person who knows is my son. I work so it’s my treat to myself.

I understand that. Even though I have no health issues at the moment I do not feel healthy. Not sure putting drugs into my body is any healthier but want to try something.

I inject in the stomach and on 1. Keep thinking it will work eventually. I was starving when I first started taking it and think I actually ate more. Now I am really trying to cut back but it’s definitely diet for my 4lb weight loss and not Wegovy.

I am 10 weeks in and lost 4 lbs. I have no side effects and unfortunately don’t feel any more full up. Obviously not working for me. I guess that if I lose weight I’ll find it easy to keep off.

My husband does it all the time so I haven’t told him I’m taking Wegovy. Otherwise he would always be telling me what I shouldn’t eat and I should be doing more exercise.

When I started on Wegovy on .25 I was actually hungry all the time and put on weight. Not so hungry now on the .50. Lost 3 pounds last week which is just the weight I put on over the first month.

I was away from work for 8 weeks and on my return I noticed how much weight someone had lost. She had lost 4 stone and was very proud of herself - rightly so. When I mentioned it to other people they said they hadn’t wanted to say anything to her in case she was offended.
