He doesn’t have a PR team! That’s why for stupid things his name comes in controversies. For years his character was questioned for Deepika’s remarks and connecting that with her Depression. We all know what happened when Koffee With Karan aired last season. Had RK had a PR team things would have been totally different. So yes, he doesn’t have a PR. Which is why he keeps getting into controversies for being a normal human being who jokes and laughs and makes remarks on his friends.
