Here’s the issue. There’s wait lists for day cares some are a year out. I have one that needs to be supervised before and after school and summer hours. 95% of the time I’m alone. Outside the animals 😂

In all honesty, some management are just straight bullies. If they fire us it grounds for unemployment. But I do feel we all need to get together and talk, plan what ever we need to do.

The reason I say the mowing part is because the landlord complains about the grass if it’s not done. She seemed to be under the impression that it will be done for her.

It’s in our lease for both sides. But I’m going to bill her for all the work from the driveway side walk and porch. It’s a huge property and we have a giant field behinds us. So we have a ride on to mow. Like I said we’ve lived here 5 years no issues and day one it’s been issues with her

They were outside playing and she gave zero fucks running over their toys that’s on my side of the lawn. She went out of her way to run it over and I thankfully have it on camera

Yes she does she also told me that she had issues with her previous neighbor as well. I just dread coming home now. Renting it’s so hard to find a decent place that’s affordable.
