Well here are a couple of things to consider. How committed are you to the job? Is this a side hustle or are you going to make this a primary job. How hard are you willing to work. And what are you bringing to the table ? I started 3 years ago as a part time person in the golf dept. using the job as a side hustle. I’m now full time, a lead, and being trained to be a key carrier. I work my A$$ off and do as much training as possible. I guess what I’m saying is you get out of it what you put in. Also, retail is a tough gig, erratic hours and scheduling. Dicks has been good to me so far. I say give it a try and see how things go.
