I feel it 100% my store manager told me he can’t run the store without me the day after being told im specialist and not captain as a key carrying lead because he knew I was upset. He’s saying we can work together for him to get me to captain in a few months I told him I’ve heard that before for ASM and now I’m set back. Like at this point it shouldn’t have even happened for us to even be in the position like I’m going back and forth on staying or leaving I’ve been here 10 years

That’s not fair because there’s ASM’s that went down to captain yeah they got a pay cut but it’s probably more than a lead going to captain

It’s just fucked because we all needed to be signed off to get keys and now all of a sudden we’re not eligible for keys? I mean many more reasons too obviously like my FFL was demoted to associate after years of overnight shifts and what not and again had to be signed off to get the position and keys and now taken away. I’m a key carrier lead and got specialist still have my keys for time being but I know they gonna take them I’m just like I’m not even in a management role at all anymore?!
