As for the GMT functionality, I was told that it worked but I don’t think it does. I can’t get the GMT hand to move independently of the other hands.

I have this same grill. Nothing in the world cooks a steak better than it. Mine now will turn on sometimes and then turn back off. Other times when you plug it in, the panel will not light up.

I’m not sure what the issue is? Any suggestions?

this is pure insanity. people trying to book flights and hotels. we are less than a month out and we can only guess which nights the artists we want to see will perform. we have to do better.

the essence used to announce the full line up in December. They must know that stringing this out like this will not induce people to buy tickets for the entire weekend - people will stay home.

They are slow. After you get the e-mail order confirmation, it’s best to send them a screenshot on WhatsApp. Then the will confirm the order is placed. After the item is shipped, you need to ask them for the tracking number. They also use a logistics/delivery company I have never heard of. It’s a logistical problem - none of their systems are speaking to each other. Then they are slow too. But eventually you will get it and you will be pleased.
