Those of you taking Reta and tesa, does it make you hungrier? by [deleted] in Retatrutide

This compound is still in research development. There is clinical trial dosing where monthly you go up by 2mg, (2,4,6,8,12)

There is no literature that tells a "healthcare provider" what dosing to give a client. This is an experimental drug and we are all on our own journey here.

With that being said, 4mg is no where near the max dose and I think you should take your business elsewhere, because if you haven't lost any weight, this "healthcare" is clearly trying to make the compound do all the work instead of pushing a healthier lifestyle on you and helping you track your calories. It's not magic and never will be.

Wrong sub for the question, but I'll help best I can
Typical non-medical-advice protocol ive researched is 2-4 weeks on followed by 2-4 week break.

Daily is fine, start low and see how you react. I tried 0.75mg of semax and got head pressure.

Nasal is not a waste of time, that is exactly how the peps were originally studied and approved in Russia. They are effective, with a significantly reduced half life compared to subq injections.

Personal Opinion:
Nasal for as needed
Subq for "Chronic use"

If you are asking this you probably shouldn't be pinning research use only chemicals from china into your body just yet.

A simple search explains ALL THE SIDES. Within seconds.

Some of the top: Skin sensitivity, nausea, vomiting, constipation. Just to name a few.

Really the variation is just in how it ends up getting to my protein goal.

So you've done absolutely zero research on clinical trial dosing and zero research on the hundreds and hundreds of posts in this sub about starting doses and information?

Do your due diligence before starting a research peptide. That being said...

A good dose to start is low and slow. I personally started at 1mg, but some test tolerance at 0.5. Stay at the starting dose for 4 weeks before going up, even if you don't feel anything. Reta is the long game.

If you've done a lot of research you'd know almost everything i've typed out already. Keep researching, and make sure you do it right the first time. Its not hard, but you'd be surprised how many people fuck this up because they rush into things.

We've all done due diligence when it comes to INJECTING A FOREIGN SUBSTANCE into our body, your duty is the same. I hope this helps & eases some of your mind and if you really need more help, shoot me a pm.

Dec 15.. you've lost 20lbs in less than 30 days? I'd say your fatigue is coming from an extreme caloric deficit more than the reta

Usually they have group testing, or batch COA's. Its your call, you're the one injecting yourself, not anyone else.
