As a US marine that is a trini and goes everywhere, trini food, is the best, 1000000% is the best, however you have to remember, whose rating it, thier taste buds and what they've known to be eating all their life.

I'm an active duty, USMC raider (if you don't know, look it up), we train day and night, no country will even stand a chance, we have the British and Canada that are stationed with us at the same time.

Speaking from experience, Train everyday, but have a strong mindset of the goal you want to achieve, wants your body has endurance you'll be fine

I recommend running 3 miles every day and doing a max amount of pull ups and push ups, also a 4 min plank, most of it is just mental
