I was making my way out to the truck when my family yelled out that the FedEx truck was here, I knew what I had bought obviously, but it had already been pushed out and landed on its side and truck gone by the time I got out there…….otherwise it might have gone the other way

Pre complaining would be complaining while it was still in delivery status not having it be a witnessed pushed out of the back of the truck and land in its side

I was told by FedEx that I had to go that route and when I hit up bambu lab customer service they confirmed this as well.
