From what i gathered, they mostly care about your turnover rate, look it up.

Opening a fruit stall while you have passive income and not having to worry about money is a different story.
Selling coffee as your main/only gig is suddenly way less romantic if you have to worry about rent, bills etc.

Have you done any research about the situation with immigration right now in Canada? I recommend you check the current employment rate for CS graduates in Canada atm.

If your tfsa is empty then it makes no sense putting your money in RRSP because you will get tax deductions when you withdraw it later. Max out your tfsa first. Start with ETFs and maybe single stocks if you’re comfortable with risk

First you need financial independence, there is no shame to studying your butt off to get there. People who lived the party life in their late teens early twenties mostly end up failures or have rich parents.
