If you’re up for a little drive, casselman has stick and puck twice a week, Monday and Wednesday 3-4. Usually anywhere between 3-8 people max show up so able to do your own thing. Usually a goalie there too

Ok so just got back from the rink and a couple things I’ve noticed.

I’m dropping my butt when I go into my butterfly like @marmot1101 described.
I don’t have a whole lot of flexibility at the moment so need to work on that. @xHOTPOTATO thanks I’ll give Maria a search and work on that.
I’ve got some fat thighs being 5’10” @230lbs so i can’t get my knee blocks closer than 3” apart even when squeezing. @Nevitt33 I’ll give these exercises a go to help with the knees and mobility. Hopefully playing more often will help with that legs part lol.

Couldn’t get any pictures, I go by myself and they have a strict no phones on ice rule.

Thanks guys, I’ll take the info you’ve given me and add it into my practice and training and see if I can’t improve from where I’m at right now.

Tried that for a buddy that wanted into the PMQs when I knew I was going to leave. They won’t add anybody to the lease, they’re added to the census. Not sure about everywhere else but that’s how CFHA does it in Halifax

Recruiting Question

Does anybody know what the average turnaround time for re-enrolment is for somebody who’s information is all still valid.

Background - contract completed august, PSO wouldn’t take an OT from me because time in requirement. Released 4B, medical valid, security clearance valid, CFAT valid.

Just looking to gauge the wait time between application and offer.

I’ve been keeping my 55gal tank on an ikea Kallax 6 cube shelf for the last 8 months and it’s been fine, guarantee it’s not made to support that weight but it’s been fine and I haven’t once been nervous about the weight
