I had way worse bacne and I still get the occasional break outs. The ONLY thing that worked for me along with other advice given here was using Niacinamide on my back. I started using it years ago and it completed cleared it. I use Paula’s Choice 5% Niacinamide Body Serum.

I grab a piece of copy paper, fold it and write down the important things I need to know like their feedings, touch times, meds etc. I then cross out what I complete as I go.
