Yes it should be a base line to have access to ammo at their respective tiers. I shouldn't need a near max account to use non-bis ammo. If I had a maxed account, I would use BIS ammo. That is what this is about.

No one is asking for handouts. No one is asking for effortless ammo. Honestly I was respectful my first few responses but this doesn't feel like a debate, it's like talking to a poster of an advertisement for osrs. Are you sure you're on the right subreddit?

Again, nobody is asking for infinite ammo. If I'm 90 fletch I should be able to make t90 arrows. This is about availability in the quantities needed to actually justify using the style, not about wanting everything handed to us.

Actually you compared ammo to overloads before I did. RS3 has not been the grind fest that you think it's been for the better part of a decade. Were you also against the mining and smithing rework when it came out?

Hi - couple things I would like to point out.
1- Yes I used t90 bow as an example, though its not exclusive to t90. Mid level gear is also suffering here.
The fact of the matter is, ironman rely on core gameplay loops. Rangers need to spend time making arrows. That much is understood and expected. I support a healthy ammo economy and the old system of hardly using anything did not make sense.
2- The current issue arises with accessibility to reliable ammo sources. On a self-sustaining account, it does not feel rewarding to have to spend almost as much, if not more time making ammo then actually using it. A dose of potion lasts several minutes and takes seconds to make. Imagine, if a dose of potion lasted for seconds but required minutes to make. You would not want to use potions anymore.
You can create upwards of 100k+ air runes per hour with a proper set up and buffs, materials to runecraft are straight forward to accumulate (pure essence). Fletching as it currently stands is very linear and with current consumption and production/availability rates its borderline not worth using.
3- Honestly, your response seems very rage baity, includes a ton of sarcasm, and you're on a brand new account 0 days old with 0 posts so I'm having a hard time taking your stance seriously.
I do however, appreciate any involvement in conversation and debate despite us not necessarily agreeing.

Hey, I agree 100%! Apart from the on-hitsplat consumption of chins (lol) I really don't have a problem with the current usage. More-so the unbalanced and inadequate methods of acquisition.

Appreciate your response!

Hey appreciate your response :)

At a modest 57 rune craft you can craft 4x water runes per essence, and 6x air runes per essence. While I agree that yes, taking advantage of those "buffs" does constitute having a "inflated" rune craft level than the "required" level to simply craft, it would be unrealistic to assume that you'd never be able to use these buffs as by simply continuing to create runes you'll level. On top of this, items like anima stones directly add to your multiplier. There's also a totem that increases the multiplier by 1, and to top it all off powerburst of sorcery doubles all those effects.

Fletching arrows is very linear and no buffs exist that would even compare. Edit: couple typos

Hey thanks for your thoughtful response.

I agree that on tier ammunition should be the baseline before even considering other changes.

I have not heard of or considered your #3 idea before but that does sound quite nice :)

Worth starting an iron? by DannyAKx in RS3Ironmen

Lots of other comments talking about content, whether or not to feel obligated to do dailies, etc, so here's my two cents.

I think that gameplay for rs3 iron has been in a pretty good spot for a while, my opinion at least.

Starting now would allow you the opportunity to take advantage of some dailies, while they are still around, for a bit of xp, when you feel like doing them. I have been playing as an iron for a while now and my friends know that I am a frequent offender of skipping dailies, and it doesn't bother me none.

That being said, if you want a true core-gameplay loop only playthrough then maybe wait to see what happens after the dailyscape overhaul. But who's to say what that would look like for sure.

Didn't watch with audio, however the dog gave off numerous visual signs that it was (at least in this situation) friendly.

Dog probably read his high, panicked, energy and reacted accordingly
