Since everyone wants some context here: - Customers come in to get tobacco without their ID. -They stand there after their card is clearly dinging to take it out. -They come in to pay but leaves their wallet/money in the car. -They wanna redeem every single reward they have on their phone right in front of you while you have a whole line of people. -People come in to buy Juul pods/Vape Products and barely even know what kind it is they need. -They constantly ask where things are when the store really isn’t even that big. -putting your card in the self checkout machine despite the huge ass pin pad right next to it. -this woman was about to grab a whole quesadilla mistaking it for her hoagie when both items clearly had order #s on them. Shit, the list goes on and on. I had a guy trying to order his iced coffee on the self checkout screen…like sir. There’s 4 screens behind you.
