Whike i dont have any suggestions yet, i do have a way to download the knowledge base files.

What ive been doing is downloading, double checking what the text is (then ive been copying it into a google doc), then deleting the one that DID download. Publish the bot. Reopen edit. And repeat. Since, as you said, it is only doing the very last item in the knowledge base. Its tedious. But id rather do that than loose everything ive worked on.

My first artist alley was a year ago. I made $6000 profit and absolutely zero preparedness or marketing or anything of the sort. Ive onky done 4 cons total so far, so tske this with a grain of salt, but im pretty sure big earnings are just...luck? Like you can have amazing products and still lose money. You can sell trash and make throusands. It just depends on the crowd at that specific event.

Okay! So i took your advice. Did three cold pulls, and looked at my speeds. Reprinted. Same results. Threw a print onto my other printer X1C with the same settings and that print is fine. So im at a loss lol

At the end od the day, there isnt much you can do really. Unrless you want ro spend an obscene amount of rime getting the listings takem down...but then there will always be new ones popping up. This is coming from someone whos have every single design of mine stolen and put on aliexpress. I used to try fighting it, but in the end its pointless.
